Retain full responsibility with an ASP model
Service model includes:

• Real-time visibility of the settlement lifecycle
• Responsibility for execution and settlement rests with client
• Daily systems operation management by OMX Securities Services
• Full access to middle and back office function, and Web portal
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

Outsource some or all back office functions ("Model A")
Service model includes:

• Full ASP access to front office
• Real-time visibility of the settlement lifecycle
• Client firm is a sponsored nominee through OMX Securities
• Client holds and controls cash and stock in its name
• Client leverages the OMX CREST gateway; membership sponsored by OMX
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity 

Outsource operational responsibility ("Model B")
Service model includes:

• Full ASP access to front office
• Real-time visibility of the settlement lifecycle
• Client leverages OMX Securities name/balance sheet
• OMX Securities has responsibility for market settlement
• OMX Securities provides ownership and management of CREST relationship and interface 
• Client can monitor settlement activity and status at all times
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
